Pros

- Team members you work with

Cons

This company is in a lot of trouble. Gone through a couple CFO's already, just losing another one recently as he even knew this company won't be able to stay afloat much longer. Already gone through 2nd round of layoffs and rumored 3rd round by end of the year. They will do anything to trim, cut, and save money. C-Suite needs to be cleaned out. No idea what they are doing. Training program is a joke and only focused on KPI's not results. Also this company has low bases for Recruiters and AM's in the industry compared to competitors. Many people like myself are getting proactive and hunting for a new job. Please if your just getting out of college and your sold the 3 years for $310 BS - Run, Run, Run. It's a trap.

Pros

Great team culture, everyone wants to win

Cons

The industry itself can be incredibly stressful but I imagine its the same for competitors as well.

Pros

Quick opportunity to get promoted if you have the right mentorship and accounts. Honestly really nice employees (cross-functionally) and people are willing to help you. A good place to dip your toes in as a young hire, KPI's are fairly easily but some of the director's are a bit micro-managey.

Cons

In our office - we had 3 Managing Directors and 3 VP's in 3 years with two rounds of layoffs (enterprise wide.) The largest gap in the company is their leadership is so disconnected from the producers and what you truly need to do to succeed in sales. They run on a lot of enterprise accounts which makes it hard as a young sales person to connect with tenured sales people, who haven't truly sold or broken into accounts in some time. Additionally, there are lots of corporate politics and people in leadership that overshare other leaders dirty laundry with young sales folks, making it a bit of an uncomfortable place to be in. I think this place is a good starting zone for a career but it is not the place to be if you are a hustler and want to truly grow as a sales professional.
