Pros
The managers are competent and proficient within business, accounting and finance, always availabe for consultants. Small company but big enough to have several different consultant assignments within business and finance, and you still get to know the other managers and consultants. As a consultant you have the power to choose your career path, but still you have to follow your manager's lead when looking for new assignments. Very good reputation in this industry and among clients, hard working consultants. Young work force and young company
Cons
No feeling of belonging to Dfind, very different from other consultancy firms, we are never at the office and often 100 % at your client, we don't even have our own company e-mails or phones, which to me feels strange. You often have quite long assignments at your clients, and it some times can feel as you are employed at your client rather at Dfind. We aren't spoiled - low salary compared to other firms, i guess the contact with the managers and to have a good client is what makes people stay. Still, people leave after quite a short time. The salary model is so hard to use and understand!
