Timely salary and good for beginners

No value for knowledge and No value for experience

Lot of learning opportunities if the bank has started any new operations.

Downside is that environment is not very gud in Retail asets pple are working like anything but the end fruits are given to top management.very less interference by Hr ig their in any clashes with ur boss.
