Clientele was largely great. Vegan and allergy friendly was fulfilling as food service. Pay relative to effort was good to great depending on how busy it was.

Awful and frequent mismanagement. Abnormally high turnover. Originally had multiple locations, but had to close multiple due to issues all around. Employees were frequently strung along with false promises that weren't fulfilled by leadership.

Cool coworkers. Almost everyone is diverse and accepting.

No internal structure. The company will likely overwork you for far too little pay.
