Pros

Fixed working hours (9 AM – 6 PM), though you’ll still be expected to take calls outside of those. Salaries are credited on time — and that’s about the only decent thing here

Cons

The company has been around for over a decade but is still stuck in the dark ages. Growth is nonexistent. Business runs solely through the CEO’s personal contacts. He won’t even step out of his home to meet clients or prospects. How do you grow a company like that? HR is a complete disaster. No clear KRAs, no hiring strategy, no urgency. They can’t even source decent profiles in time — yet they still reward themselves with promotions and hikes. Their idea of employee engagement? Forcing people into unwanted "Fun Friday" activities. Compensation practices are shady. They’ll negotiate hard to get senior talent at the lowest possible salary, then fail to deliver on promised hikes, incentives, or CTC splits. Freshers are exploited — forced to sign 2-year bonds with pathetic salaries and zero training. Everything is expected to be learned on your own, and fast. Leadership turnover is a joke. In 2023, they hired 4 VPs — 3 quit within a year within the gap of 4 months. Hired a Marketing Director left shortly after. The CEO openly mocks senior leaders and treats them with zero respect, then throws a party at year-end as if that erases everything.

Pros

There is nothing pros identified in my overall career here.

Cons

Only freshers. No experienced and no proper management. Use and throw policy. If they feel you are not usable then they fire you. If you are not performing well, you will get fired surprisingly. No growth to employee. Different rules for different people. Still around 20 size only which is from year 2013. Not a growing company. No positive atmosphere at work and no process and worst culture. No focus on ideas and improvements. No encouragement , no motivation and no fun. 2 years bond mandatorily with less pay & min 3-4 months internship to test you. No payslips provided. If u chase many times, then HR ask for reasons why u need payslips. Always doubt on employees. If you are out of company or resigned, you will not get any positive response.HR will not pick your phone and block you even you have emergency. Always talks wrong promises and waste valuable time and career of employees.. Will not worried on how to make next level leaders to become big. If some one leaving company, they will always not treat you like employee & no response/sendoff. You need to serve mandatorily 2 month's notice period. If you want to leave pay ur salary for 2 month's and leave.no excuse at all and if you talk anything HR will say directly we will not help and respond for background verification etc. Hikes are very minimal (sometimes 100''s) . No insurance policy provided and don't have a thought for other benefits. No COVID insurance.

Pros

Very small company. In 2+years, only one person from Dilytics I know who did all the roles for my project throughout the tenure. Roles that one person played are CEO , Interview coordinator, Interviewer, Project manager, Contract paper work co-ordination, Project Manager, Monthly project work review. One point of contact for all your needs. (Not sure if Company Size in the glassdoor is correct. May be it is need to be updated)

Cons

1. Money minded Management. 2. Giving fulltime offers to good performing contractors and if they reject, screwing them with work pressure. 3. Whenever we initiate discussion about hike in rate, pushing it with unprofessional reasons like "I am busy lets discuss later", "I am in India for vacation, lets discuss after I return", "Lets do it after the next contract renewal." etc, and not doing it till end of the project. 4. No growth to employee as well as contractors. 5. No positive atmosphere at work and no process and no culture. 6. Also lot more unprofessional things going on in this company like mentioned in the another review in Glassdoor with the title "Not a growing company" on May 12, 2021 - BI Developer. 7. Not sure how there are some one line positive reviews for the company. 8. Contractors/employees/clients who is reading reviews to know about Dilytics, please do some more background research before signing projects. My advice is - "If you stay away from unprofessional company, you will not regret later".
