Pros
Nothing good to say about this company. The interview was full of promises for future advancement and salary increase possibilities, but top performers only get $.25 raises, and only 3 people have ever been promoted out of the department.
Cons
Over 50% turnover, more than 10% results from terminations. Why does answering a phone require a drug test? Most unprofessional people I've ever worked with, but favorites never get fired. They are always looking for new hires because you can't get good employees for $11 an hour to do work that Zappos and other companies pays $16 for.
