Mostly great collegues agile work environment homeoffice-options available (at the moment, might change in the future due to change of management)

not diverse, some female managers, but in new and important projects there are only male collegues involved career development only possible for long time employees

Very experienced people, very professional company in a positive sense, cares a lot for employees well-being and above all: a very loyal and happy customer base. Interesting and exciting also: despite having been in the market for a really long time one can feel almost a start up attitude in the company, an excitement to build great new things.

None so far and don't expect to find any.
