Pros

Travel.. that’s about it, truthfully.

Cons

I had no bad blood with Diamond Assets until they played with my final check. At first I only disliked the rate of pay, but this is a challenging environment to work in because of the people you work for. The pay rate is very low for the amount of work demanded from you. They don’t believe the project facilitators job is hard and send you out alone to package, tag & ship off +1000 devices. Was told ALL drivers were getting PTO for July 3rd and 4th, but since I quit because I went back to a better paying position elsewhere, the manager backtracked and stated that PTO was only for drivers there 90 days. They’re unorganized the majority of time and now I see they’re also unprofessional.

Pros

I highly recommend the job of Recovery Specialist. It's great for someone with a sense of adventure that works well independently. When trips aren't scheduled, you are able to work in the warehouse to make your full time hours. The company is always looking for ways to keep employees engaged, and keep the atmosphere fun. People who show initiative to learn more roles and work hard are rewarded, if not monetarily, with recognition.

Cons

Some roles in the warehouse can get tedious.

Pros

Remote work, flexible schedule, reasonable compensation.

Cons

Lack of transparency, poor communication. Lack of onboarding program, no G2M collaboration or innovation on integrating AI capabilities.
