Since Marc Edwards has taken over, the company has shrunk and become a small player if the offshore drilling world with no potential for growth. Marc has brought his reputation form Halliburton to Diamond offshore and slashed wages, added more work to everyone, slashed jobs and trust with employees. He is making three times as much as the previous CEO and brought in all of his friends. His phony marketing and programs are a laughing stock. When the next boom comes, people will leave this company in the dust and those that have been laid off will not come back contrary to upper management belief. I've been wit this company for over 20 years and two previous CEO's.
