You have flexibility to work the events you would like to work. You may not be in a role where you see the entire show, but you can always watch some of it. Sometimes you can listen and see sound checks as well. Overall management is supportive and it's a good place to work, especially if you like seeing events. Plus, free parking in the garage next to the arena.

You will get to do many different jobs which is both good and maybe not so good depending on what you like to do. Sometimes the job you are doing does not allow you to see the event.
