-Community Based - School based faculty, admin, and staff are amazing, supportive, and like a second family - You are not micro managed

- “Good Ol’ Boy” system at the district leaders level - Lack of communication across the district - Constantly implementing new initiatives that only last for so long - Filling teachers plates without any relief - SPED department seems disorganized/ lacks understanding of what is really happening in all classrooms across the district
