Train fell off the tracks in 2016 financially and with execution of strategy. CEO, COO, and various other "Leadership" are solely operating with the almighty dollar in mind. Limited to zero training programs, limited/zero communication organizationally, and limited/zero follow through on improvement that is not direct cost initiatives. Significant exodus of employees in many business units with zero backfill plans, just seen as cost savings. Work is moved to others who receive no training and no wage increases in 2 years. There are zero employee reviews in place, so your performance is measured by whether you have a job or not. 3 weeks ago was announced no re-org changes, today another one and more job eliminations. The worst healthcare benefits you can have. They have to pay you more to offset the deductibles you will be paying for healthcare.
