Pros

Remote working politics Offices in the center of Paris

Cons

Very poor management which makes people leave - if they're not kicked out before No transparency and no meritocracy is still alive - no understanding on why some people are kept and some others have to leave They are solving their financial problems by firing people every 2/3 months. Products name, design, presentations change every 6 months which make all the employees feel there is a lack of long term vision by the management.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value your positive comment about our remote working policies and central office in Paris. Your experience, as described, concerns us deeply as it does not align with our core values and nature of our company. We sincerely regret that this has been your experience and want to emphasize that it does not reflect the broader culture we strive to cultivate. When it comes to product changes and financial challenges, a company sometimes has to make decisions for the success of the company, while protecting people, that are not always unanimously supported. However, these decisions are made with adaptability in mind, and workforce changes are approached with careful consideration. Your insights guide our ongoing efforts to improve. We encourage you to connect with HR or your manager for a more in-depth discussion or, if you prefer to remain anonymous, to express yourself and ask questions through the internal channels available to you and designed for this purpose.

So much to say here! Really strong products with extremely high retention rate. The people are lovely and genuine; they will go above and beyond to help you out both internally and externally. The work/life balance is a dream.

Cons

As they continue to expand globally, there are some occasional and expected growing pains.

Pros

They will mention work trips to Europe including Paris, plus generous time off.

Cons

I was hired to support the company’s expansion into the US market. As one of the few American employees in a predominantly French organization, I faced increased scrutiny and inconsistent standards compared to peers in Europe. Shifting priorities were often not communicated to me, yet accountability remained unchanged. I often saw a disconnect between feedback given and the outcomes I delivered. Raising concerns or asking for clarification often felt risky rather than encouraged. Daily communication with colleagues was usually dismissive or undermining, which negatively impacted my morale and confidence. I noticed a gap between the company’s values vs my experience. My workload was exceptionally high and unsustainable. The ambiguity from leadership, bureaucracy-driven culture, and bullying from colleagues didn’t work out for me. I recommend candidates ask detailed questions about expectations, feedback processes, equality and resourcing before joining.
