Cons
There can be some miscommunication between departments.
- no covered holidays
- no contribution to health insurance
- Ridiculous amount of micromanaging ( you cant go to the bathroom without them knowing)
- Worse documentation ive ever come across
- Low compensation for the work they want you to do
- Management is more like a frat house and they hire a bunch of "nerds" to handle the real work
- Management cant handle critiquing
- sells false hopes and dreams with no hope of actually following through
