Nice pros! We love to hear that our people are great to work with and most importantly that you feel you can balance your whole life, not just the work.
Appreciate the feedback on compensation. As we’ve mentioned in other posts, we do a bi-annual review of our compensation, using external companies like Radford, Mercer and WorldatWork, to ensure that we are keeping pace with changes in market for companies of similar size, revenue and across all our locations individually. Coupled with our pay-for-performance culture, we make sure our people are rewarded effectively.
On the old tech: great feedback! From a product perspective we have a very exciting roadmap for this year that is elevating our technology for our customers and we are working on updated systems for our people internally (e.g. Appttus investment in FY21). I’d really encourage you to speak with a member of Engineering leadership or even reach out to our CTO Jason directly on your feedback regarding our tech, especially if you have suggestions for how we can do better here – whether you are a current or former employee.
