Thank you so much for taking time to provide a thorough and meaningful review of your year+ as a staff designer at DigiCert. We appreciate your recommendations of the company as an employer, our leadership and the business outlook as well as your thoughts on the fulfillment of working at DigiCert and being remote. Your insights let us know that the CARE culture we work hard to actualize is both seen and experienced. The DigiCert People Team obsesses over our customers – employees – and do all that we can to provide an optimal employee experience in a positive culture.
That said, we note your feedback about processes and last-minute requests. As you know, another culture driver – relentless execution – sometimes leads to new processes and quick turnaround requests as the company grows and expands. But we will continue to share that feedback and work with all teams to improve processes and make the employee experience the best that we can.
For your feedback to managers, we would love to discuss this further with you. We do try to provide an onboarding experience that is both engaging and informative, but we recognize that we may be able to improve by better aligning work expectations with our CARE culture and company objectives.
