Pros

- Hybrid and flexible hours - Some amazing colleagues

Cons

- no real direction except build more small websites for sister company TBWA - top leadership is not visible or engaged - no career growth - no personal growth - Not much left of design or strategy work - not actually collaboration with TBWA - not taking advantage of opportunities to work with global TBWA

Pros

- Used to have real design & strategy work - Not too much pressure to come into the office - Some really good people doing great work

Cons

- Not a design & strategy studio any more - development is just offshore now, not in house any more - all part of TBWA NZ now, so no more independence - favourites based on who you know, not how good you are at your job - TBWA global is doing cool stuff but NZ is meh - no place to grow career

- TBWA (the other agencies) has some great work - Pretty chill WFH setup - Some people really know there stuff

Cons

- Projects have gotten worse (small website builds and banners) - No training - No salary reviews or increases - MD doesn't understand tech or design or business. Not sure what he actually does tbh
