The culture is built on fear, ego, and favoritism, not professionalism or merit. There is a complete lack of empathy and no real support system. The environment felt toxic, unpredictable, and emotionally exhausting.
If you value professionalism, proper processes, mental peace, and respectful treatment, please think twice before joining. This place needs a serious overhaul in senior management attitude and HR practices.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working at BHASHINI.
