Pros
I loved my time working for Digital Media Solutions, and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone else looking for a sales role! It's a great company to work for, and even though they've gone remote, they make an effort to make everyone feel connected and heard. You have weekly townhall meetings with executives, your team leaders are always incredibly open to feedback, and you truly feel like you're an important part of what makes the company succeed. Plus, you're working for a well-known name in the performance marketing space with a great reputation, and that empowers you as a salesperson.
Cons
No real downsides. It'd be great to see some of the benefits bumped up, but it seems like the team is taking steps to do that already.
