Working with them is like being part of a group of friends. They are always nice and treat you as a human being. Salaries and perks are good, comparing to the standards.
Cons
The willingness of creating a professional atmosphere is there, but there is a lack of good workflows and methodologies. There are people with toxic behavior and the management is too friendly to take it seriously, making it impossible to improve the overall output.
