Pros
Exciting smaller company to work for that is continuously planning its future growth and accomplishing what it sets out for. Exceptional culture with positive vibes. Fully remote, 401k, knowledgeable friendly coworkers.
Cons
The only con is also listed as a pro - fully remote. You don't get to see your coworkers in person every day and have "water cooler" chats. But there are weekly zoom chats and the company has planned (fun) online team-building sessions, and an annual in-person summit.
