Pros
My coworkers are all hardworking individuals who care about the work they do and I think that creates a really great culture. Everyone is energetic in the workplace and happy to help with whatever you need.
Cons
Because it's a small company we all have to take on lots of different roles. It's often required to 'invent' a new process because maybe nobody in the company has experience with the issue. This makes every day interesting, but sometimes I just wish I had somebody I could ask for help.
