Inconsistent direction from multiple managers. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Training is non-existent, yet you are expected to know procedures. Too many power-hungry managers wanting to throw their weight around and make the staff feel like they've wasted their time. Hard work is rarely appreciated. They preach "TEAM" but it's never the same team. You are given a task, only to find out that the person who assigned you the task, went ahead and did it anyway. Lots of wasted time.
