      Pros

      When I started at Digital Reputation Management, we were merely working from the owner's home office. Now, a year later, the business has grown and has a fully functional office near downtown. Excellent place to work, but not for the faint of heart. To work in a small startup social media firm, you need to have focus, a tough skin, and to recognize and take responsibility for your role in the company. It's not a job where you can just "do what you're told," you have to take initiative and be proactive in your work. This is what I love about this place: I feel like an important asset. Plus, it's social media, so it's at the forefront of the culture-- really fun if you're into social media networking, business communication and staying up-to-date. Honestly the coolest job I have ever had.

      Cons

      Again if you don't have a strong work ethic or you don't have a thick skin, this job will not suit you.

      Working with Elon at DRM has benefited me in so many ways! -Fair pay -Fair hours -Will teach you very valuable skills in customer service, content creation, and data entry -Relaxed, friendly environment that gives you room and space to grow into your talents -Task and goal orientated environment that supports creative problem solving -You can familiarize yourself with many different industries and services! What a great way to learn more about small businesses.

      -Sitting in front of a computer for so long can sometimes make your head swim (but it's nothing a little walk and messing around with the team can't fix!)
