Pros
I normally don't leave reviews but after reading all the garbage on here I felt compelled to. I have worked here for less than a year but have had more professional development and investment in my career than anywhere I have worked. A lot of those (who decided to continue to talk trash like they did when they worked here) who didn't cut it were mediocre and political players in the game. Here are some pros for me: - Investment in growth and development -Willingness from the leaders to experiment and iterate on the ways we lead -Interesting work and interesting clients -People who really care about each other I honestly love coming to work everyday and once we got rid of those toxic people (please see their lovely toxic reviews), the environment just gets exponentially better. Anyone's voice here can be heard if they back up what they say with reasoning. If you don't speak up, no one will read your mind.
Cons
Only con is the benefits. The moment that it was brought up to the CEO though, he decided to make changes and now they are looking on improving for the next cycle so this con is only temporary. It is also proof of willingness to put the employees first and make changes to make the company better.
