Pros
Only job I've had that I wanted to stay at. Work environment is great and everybody is easy to get along with. The work is busy but not stressful. There is always support no matter what work you have on your plate. Hands down best bosses I've had - if you need something they will work with it on you and listen to your ideas and not micromanage. Would recommend for anybody looking.
Cons
You don't really know what is going on with the company. You know what is going on with your department. Recent monthly company meetings have been implemented to change that with department heads giving status updates so everyone is aware at how the company is moving forward and can continue to grow.
