      Good exposure to high quality work Solid Managers and ADs Good office, people care about the work

      Cons

      Promos are difficult and arbitrary Upper leadership is uncaring and out of touch. Not necessarily something thats unique to Digitas.

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
