      Pros

      Smart people Strong client list Technical expertise Process-oriented/efficient Pay is better at bottom than most other ad agencies

      Cons

      Too top-heavy "Smart" comes off as smug by most people Very little transparency between do-ers and upper management Acquired by Publicis; culture suffered and became much more "corporate"

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
