Digitas is like a flashback to high school: politics, clicks, backstabbing, paranoia, and only getting promoted by "who you know" not how hard you work. The harder you work, actually, the more you disappear at Digitas. Its comprised of cold management who create clicks of favorites. Everyone else is ignored or discarded.
