      Pros

      Pretty lax environment, with great co-workers, great relationships with middle management.

      Cons

      Senior management was ridiculously out of touch with the reality of the work itself. I witnessed one of the senior managers struggle while getting trained on our daily software. Huge communication breakdowns between the middle and senior management. All senior managers created a tense environment where employees never felt comfortable approaching them with issues, and were forced into a 'chain of command' thought process that always broke down. Owners played favorites with senior management staff and hired family and family friends. Eventually eliminated commissions and bonuses across all departments within the 8 months I was there.

      Pros

      I haven't been employed at Dignified Home Loans very long, but I have had a wonderful experience thus far. Management is easily accessible, warm and welcoming. They are happy to converse with their employees and help problem solve. As a mom, I feel very supported and understood, I am also surrounded by tons of other parents as the company is very family friendly. It is a small company comprised of a team of leaders who truly care about their employees. This is reflected by the loyalty of their employees who have been with them for decades. I am incredibly happy to be apart of the team.
