Not a good experience - Software Engineer Diligent Consulting Employee Review

Was a consultant to a government agency. This was one of the most relaxed, fun places when I started, but turned into one of the worst places I have ever worked. I think management at Diligent Consulting is to blame. Diligent management would only visit the client site once a month. If the client had an issue with something, it would generally be resolved by the time Diligent visited, but Diligent wouldn't believe that you had resolved it. They were very focused on the negative and rarely gave employees credit for successes.
