I must say that I have been in the game for quite a while and I have never seen such INCOMPETENT managers . Starting from the Director and going down the ladder. They are clueless , disrespectful, and have no idea about management . They don't have any knowledge of the software/products that Diligent sells ,products that they supposedly "Support" and they are even worse when it comes to Mentoring and managing teams. All the good workers within the Support department have left , no wonder why , the team is getting weaker and weaker but Managers are being promoted. They are very comfortable in their seats getting their fat checks doing nothing except going to office events and leaving their teams stranded . They lie to you , constantly , no development plans , they do not provide support to their agents. It is very sad to see how Managers get rewarded by being lazy and horrible at their job. It is shocking how Diligent allows having leaders and mentors like that .The most toxic environment I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this Department to anyone.
