No pros. None of my experience with the agency resulted in any pros for the company other than me getting my current position through them.
Cons
Pay was never correct, always had to call and ask where my check was. Never responded to emails in an adequate amount of time. Was being paid for less than the agreed pay rate and it wasn't corrected until I found out about it. Pay was always late. I spent more time checking behind this agency than doing my actual job. It is not organized in the slightest.
