Pros

Nothing. There’s nothing positive to say. You will regret working here after the first day. Be warned. You’ll be over worked and underpaid.

Cons

No work life balance. Extremely poor pay, and yes they pay you less if your a woman. CEO is completely incompetent and disconnected with anyone who works for him. Upper management and is self absorbed and works you to death while they sit back and enjoy their fat paycheck for doing nothing but stand around talking and smoking cigarettes, and brag about the $3,000 bag they bought their wives. They also get paid company dinners anytime they want and spend hundreds of dollars on one meal because of all the alcohol they consume. They make advancement promises but never ever EVER follow through, they don’t give raises even when you were told you were getting one, no bonuses like they promised, no profit sharing like you were promised. At a Christmas party the CEO literally told everyone they would not be getting any bonuses or raises but we needed to work 3x as hard. Current direct supervisor has anger management issues and flips out on the daily at everyone, disrespecting them, yelling, cursing, narrating them. Completely incompetent and no humanity at all. Talks bad about everyone to everyone else, constantly tells us how our families aren’t important and we need to work harder and longer hours. Extremely hypocritical. Ridiculous due dates on projects.

Pros

There are no pros, it is the worst place I have ever worked.

Cons

Someone died from the conditions this place forced them to work under. No AC in the summer (Nevada gets close to 120 degrees) no heat in the winter. Stitchers are expected to be perfect and paid less than walmart employees. Stitchers are expected to do the jobs of people paid $60-70k a year who can't do their own jobs because they are too busy standing around and chatting. Stitchers are berated and blamed when orders are cut wrong five times in a row and have to work twelve hour days until they manage to print and cut something correctly so it can actually be stitched. Stitchers were forced to absorb another department, one ran by a man making $72k a year, with no pay raise and effectively doubling their work with no training on how to handle that department. Also, low-key racist. They reprimand black employees for practically nothing and things that every one else can do. And to reiterate, a great woman died because of the management's treatment of the stitchers, the lowest paid people in the building. They're going broke anyway, and I'm sure that won't improve.
