Pros
Positive, friendly working environment with a lot of experienced, expert long-term employees. A lot of flexibility in how you do your job without micromanagement.
Cons
Not a lot of training and structure for new employees--sometimes it feels like you're thrown in to work without proper preparation. Some internal company processes feel disorganized or outdated.
