The company follows the "body shopy" standard benefits like healh insurance plus a 40 trainning at their courses for free yearly. I have worked there for a year and have no complaints, but not an outstanding employer.

Some bigger outsourcing companies, even the ones with the "body shop" style, can hold your job at the project completion and have a higher probability to continue in another account. That is NOT the case for DinsmoreCompass, your contract is limited to the client project .

Very much absent or active on the personal level issues toward career development.
