they do not have any pros things to share, I took 1 hour to find their pros things but I didn't find a single one
Cons
They make fake promises to both clients and employees. Managers are arrogant and the management is [problematic/ineffective/dysfunctional]. They have a toxic work culture with a lot of office politics. They often fire people during the appraisal process, stating that they will hire two or three people instead of giving you a raise. Essentially, they claim they can hire multiple people for the cost of a single salary increase for you. and the owner doesn't have much knowledge but he pretends like a pro
