Pros

Remote work flexibility. Good benefits coverage. Casual environment.

Cons

Diply content strategy is always quantity over quality and has continued to go down hill rapidly over the last 1-2 years. If you care about putting quality work out there you will be fought at every turn. Senior leadership always prioritizes quick fixes and short term gains yet they expect exponential growth and profits. The constant looming *very realistic* fear of layoffs keeps the lower tier employees too scared to push for raises, promotions or to advocate for their own psychological safety in the workplace ( there have been at least 5 mass layoffs between 2018 and 2022) including the entire editorial department. Toxic positivity and gaslighting is an ingrained part of Diply's corporate culture.

Pros

A very inclusive environment. Entire team gets along really well with each other. I'm filling this out, because I really believe in the company, and my time here so far has been excellent. It's a fun environment, but we still getting quality focused work done. I've never been part of a team where I felt as important as I do here. Senior leadership is very caring about everyone in the org. I would easily recommend working here to any of my peers. I learn a lot every day, while still being able to bring my unique skill and knowledge set to the table.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons here....

Pros

- Well stocked fridge - Central location for both London & Toronto - A lot of people go onto find really amazing jobs after they work at Diply - Good people - Work from home days

Cons

- Senior Management is almost all men - Lack of female representation - Filled with drama - No transparency - They say there's room for growth, but there isn't really. Raises are hard to come by. You're more likely to get a "title" promotion and nothing else. - Laid off a LOT of staff in one year, and are re-building. This could be a pro BUT, I wouldn't trust that your job is secure, even if they say it is. - Lots of promises, no follow through.
