Not bad just soul draining - Insurance Agent Direct Auto Employee Review

Rude customers everyday, too much multitasking and marketing .. schedule changes .. low pay, lower commission, forced to quote optional products, computer goes down all the time, never get to leave at the same time , unrealistic expectations and goals that aren't obtainable. Fixing other people's mistakes, not being able to do things for the customer and having to call another department that doesn't speak good English..Working on Saturdays. More like a call center than a actual insurance agency..can be very overwhelming
