Great company to work for - Account Manager/Director Direct Focus Marketing Communications Employee Review

Experience in the field of marketing.

There is not growth opportunity and work is monotonous.

The talented people (who are genuinely good humans) work harder than they should. I’m not sure why they are sticking with this unprofessional company.

- Micromanagement - Upper management doesn’t understand their own work flow, nor follow their own values - Promote with titles, not pay - Let lower paid staff go once they go over 5 years with company - Constant turnover - Understaffed - “work hard, play hard” old school mentality which isn’t productive or effective - Fake belief in work life balance / mental health support - Unprofessional employees who managed to make themselves irreplaceable so they can treat others poorly (belittle, embarrass, gossip, do poor work)
