Leadership doesn’t support workers anytime

Petty upper management refuses to take accountabilities for failures, preferring to blame issues on the 'non-initiative' of current employees and lack of budget, rather than craft solutions. Any solutions brought to the table were either shot down immediately, or were never truly considered. Management was incredibly intolerant, bigoted and racist towards its own staff. The company did NOT have an HR department in the US, as the parent company is in Sweden.
