Pros

They have always got overtime available

Cons

They're really rude. Can't have anything wrong at all, really picky with their people. Will sack you on the spot it's no concern knowing that you got bills to pay. Need to have 100% English so if your not fluent A* in English no point even applying

Pros

- close to the city centre -you get a pay check at the end of the month (if they have filed the amount correct)

Cons

unfortunately there is very little point in working here if you want to build a career. although there is room for progression the company itself wont replace anyone if they can put the extra work onto someone else, untrained with no extra pay. Very little training for the job itself and nonexistent support makes working here hard, especially as management will operate in a bullying manner. They've recently taken on questionable campaigns which is such a shame as 12 months ago the business was functioning but unfortunately most of the previous management and staff have left the company now due to failing standards

Pros

Great staff, fun to work with. A culture of putting the customer first and delivering real tangible results in every aspect. If you have an idea and the drive to make it work everyone from director level down will listen and support you which is rare to find in a lot of businesses. If you work hard you'll advance quickly.

Cons

Sometimes the Directors can take a while to catch up with staffing requirements due to the fast growth of the business.
