Pros

Good culture - as long as you don't rock the boat

Cons

A male coworker sent me a flirtatious email. Later, he gave me constructive 'feedback' in the form of yelling and hurling insults. I went to HR, sharing the email. But because this male coworker said he didn't mean it "that way", they decided it wasn't inappropriate at all, and made me out to be the problem. My leader also yelled at and insulted me when I asked for help with a task I was struggling with. HR blamed me. They refused to move me somewhere else where I didn't have to work with people who mistreat me, and instead offered me resources to leave the company. Way to make a "partner" feel valued, guys.

Pros

- Good benefits for the size of company - Hybrid work environment for most positions, dog-friendly campus - High quality employees that pull their weight - Lots of opportunity to learn new skills or participate in different committees if that's your thing

Cons

- The pay is honestly abysmal for the workloads you're expected to carry - They preach work/life balance but also expect you to do everything immediately - They preach diversity and inclusion but if you don't fit into the very "corporate" culture, that is held against you in myriad ways - Not at ALL friendly for those in the neurodivergent community unless you're in engineering or IT. - Senior leadership is just clueless about the actual culture and morale of the employees
