Best company EVER. Period. From the culture, the work life balance, the team, the pay, leadership, flexibility, company trajectory.....everything. It's just right. It feels great to be included in a company. When leadership makes decisions, everyone in the company has the ability to make opinions known and they are included in the process. This is a very collaborative environment and it's very refreshing. Not to mention the technology. This tech is like nothing I've ever seen before. It's completely revolutionary, and we're constantly innovating it to provide more efficiency, better results, and bigger profit margins for our partners. There's no 'dial quota' and Management isn't looking over your shoulder constantly making sure you fit the agenda, or your 'staying busy'. They let you do your work the way YOU get it done best. No micromanaging at all. -VERY Flexible PTO/WFH policy. Very accommodating to parents with young kids. The culture in this company is like no other business or company I've worked for. Maybe because it's still a small business and everyone gets along really well. There's no workplace drama, this team vs. that team, "he said she said" BS. None at all. It's really cool. There's a great mix of all types of people, ages, cultures, and backgrounds. We work very hard, and as a team and a family we play even harder.

Small Business growing pains..... We're moving into a bigger office, so some of these are in the process of getting handled... -Half the office has been separated for months because we didn't have enough space to fit how many people we were hiring. -At times we could REALLY use an extra person or 2 for all the work we have. -No sink in the office, cleaning coffee cups and dishes in the bathroom. -Health Insurance is expensive
