Growing pains Little time for training--learn as you go High stress, but people happy to step in and assist when they can Some bottlenecks (when I worked there) to getting client work and projects prioritized and done--could be frustrating when trying to allay client concerns Some "territory grabbing" mentality at times Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons
