Paid for stupidity. - Operator Directional Drilling Employee Review

Paid to deal with a lot of stupid decisions by management and broken machines/tools. Repairs are done in house and sub par. Sent to jobs without the right tools. A lot of travel. Long hours. Good for hourly bad for salary. All benefits were reimbursement.
