      This company has good pay and good benefits.

      Unstable company. Job retention is poor. Changeover is high. Stress levels are high, organizations inside projects are poor, and the company lacks software and systems in place for tracking across multiple sources.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, met some very good people also! Could have had better pay but it was decent.

      Cons

      The only issue i had with being with the company was constantly being away working out of town. And didn't have a good work/life balance.
