Sometimes workload was heavy. Expected to staff the advice line and do other types of Advocacy as well as Care Act

Friendly team, great colleagues. Interesting and rewarding work where got to work in some interesting places in the arts and heritage sector. Really loved working with the students.

Not enough funding and staff, a common issue with DDPOs. So staff end up doing more work than contracted for, also sadly a common issue in sector. Also had difficulties with the partnership with the college we working with, but this wasn't DASL's fault. Would've also been good to have had a follow up on the complaint I put forward about a work placement.
