Pros
I'm pretty fresh to the company, but my impression so far is quite good! There is a clear value placed on employee experience. - The interview process was friendly, communicative, and super flexible to my schedule - The offer was generous and my decision wasn't at all rushed - I had a lot of control over my start date and was able to take a week of pre-planned vacation after - The benefits are great and continually expanding - Work/life balance is surprisingly good for a young company - Company culture is playful, collaborative, transparent, non-bureaucratic - Everyone I've met so far has been friendly and helpful - Lots of learning opportunity and support (time, $$, tools)
Cons
The environment is fast-paced and constantly changing, which has made onboarding feel extra overwhelming. This was exacerbated by starting during an annual hackathon (which TBF was also very exciting).
