Cons
Ever since Mr. Halle has passed the company has been seeing some major changes in its culture. The upper staff are starting to loose the caring for aspect of their jobs. It’s all about the bottom line. They see numbers and not progress. Every visit from staff leaves an uninspired atmosphere. The entire store wanted to quit after the most recent visit from the AVP. He talks negatively to the whole store because we are lower volume. Funny that we are still meeting goals and he still beats up the manager. How is that going to promote positive change? If it wasn’t for how awesome our manager is we all would have left.
